Here we have collected the most frequently asked questions so that you can get answers as quickly as possible.

How do I pay online for a booking?
You pay by account/credit card through our own website and our booking form which you will find under Book room button. We handle your card details in accordance with GDPR.

Do you have any age limit?
The hotel has an 18 year old age limit (for travelers without parents/guardians), ID checks are done on all guests upon check-in. The facility assumes that all guests are in good condition and that a pleasant and quiet environment is maintained. During week 29, guests aged 18-35 can pay a deposit of 1500: – upon check-in, which will be returned if no accidents occur before departure.

Is the hotel accessible to disabled people?
Unfortunately, the hotel is not yet accessible to disabled people. However, we do have some rooms with an entrance directly from the courtyard that would work for guests with reduced mobility. We hope to adapt the hotel in the near future.

Can I check in at night?
When the reception is unmanned, we apply independent check-in. If you have not checked in during the day, we will send you instructions by email and text message. We will leave your key and you will receive a code.

Is there any parking near the hotel?
We have about ten parking spaces at the back of the hotel that you can book for 150 SEK per day, 199 SEK during the summer. To get to the parking space, walk 150 meters to the pedestrian street Adelsgatan and turn right in front of the hotel to our spacious parking lot. As a guest, you have permission to drive inside the ring wall.
